Shane Arvid is a trusted leader in the disability and community care sector, bringing nearly two decades of experience in workforce planning, service delivery, and people-centred leadership. As the Founder and Director of HPI Care Pty Ltd, Shane leads with a clear mission — to ensure every individual receives support that is safe, consistent, and delivered with compassion.

With qualifications in Disability Support, Leadership, Occupational Health & Safety, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Shane brings a unique blend of technical precision and human-centred practice to the disability sector. His career spans various roles across disability services, where he has led operational teams, developed efficient care systems, and mentored support staff to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Shane also holds directorship and executive leadership roles across multiple organisations in the care and staffing sectors, giving him a broad perspective and the insight to shape services that truly make a difference. His work is built on trust, integrity, and a strong sense of social responsibility — including his role as a Justice of the Peace (JP) serving the NSW community.
